Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Fearless collects, how it is used, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

When you add Fearless to your server or log in through Discord OAuth2, we may collect:

• Your Discord User ID, username, and avatar hash
• Guild (server) IDs and basic guild metadata (name, icon)
• Per-server settings and configuration you explicitly create (welcome messages, moderation rules, flow automations, shop items, etc.)
• Economy data: coin balances, transaction history, inventory
• Leveling data: XP, level, cooldown timestamps
• Moderation logs: warnings issued within a guild
• Ticket transcripts: message history from support tickets

2. How We Use Your Data

All collected data is used exclusively to operate the Fearless bot and web dashboard:

• Executing commands and delivering bot responses
• Persisting server configuration across bot restarts
• Providing the web dashboard experience
• Processing premium subscriptions through Stripe
• Enforcing per-guild moderation rules

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as Fearless is present in your server. If you remove Fearless from your server, you may request that all associated data be deleted by contacting us on our Support Server.

OAuth2 session data (used to log in to the dashboard) expires automatically within 7 days of inactivity.

4. Third-Party Services

Fearless uses the following third-party services:

• Discord — Bot platform and OAuth2 login provider. Governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — Payment processing for premium subscriptions. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never store your card details.
• MySQL Database — Self-hosted database for storing bot and guild data.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure sessions, and access controls. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. Please notify us immediately via our Support Server if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Children's Privacy

Fearless is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us on our Discord Support Server.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Fearless after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce major changes in our Support Server.
