Terms of Service

By adding Fearless to your Discord server or using the Fearless web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fearless Discord bot and its associated web services ("Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Fearless is a Discord bot providing moderation, leveling, economy, automation, verification, and other community management features. Premium plans unlock additional capabilities and are billed through Stripe.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fearless to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual
  • Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically access bot internals
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Premium and Billing

Fearless Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($15.99/mo) or a one-time lifetime payment ($50.00). Premium is activated per-server using server keys delivered to your account after purchase. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Plan benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of a charge. To request a refund, contact us on the Support Server. Refunds are not issued for partial month usage.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, improvements, or other reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with Fearless are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fearless and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced in the Support Server.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
